Gebert Gallery is a contemporary art gallery, featuring a mix of abstract and figurative paintings and sculptures from an international group of both established and emerging artists. Opened since April 2008, Gebert Gallery is the newest in a long line of family-owned and operated contemporary art galleries, collectively known as Gebert Contemporary. Gebert Contemporary also includes two locations in Santa Fe, New Mexico and one location in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Gebert Gallery in itself is a work of art. Their industrial exhibition space complete with concrete floors, steel beams, soaring ceilings, cinder block walls and large glass windows can be found in the ultra-hip Abbot Kinney area of Venice, California. This expansive space can accommodate monumental sculptures and paintings, as well as video and installation pieces.
